Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification is a legal requirement for payment providers, and it protects you and everyone else on the platform from fraud. You cannot send money until it is complete.
What do I need to verify?
A valid government-issued ID and some basic personal details. We may ask for more information if your payment is large or if our checks require it.
What if my verification is declined?
We will tell you what we can. Legal obligations sometimes limit how much detail we are able to share. You can contact support to ask what the next steps are.
